I know this is an ignorant question but, what exactly is a RSS Feed? I'm not tech savvy. Would someone take the time to explain it in simple language and how it benefits people? Thank You.

RSS is Rich Site Summary it's like the Newspaper sent for you by the site so you can read what is the news today
