i've heard and seen a lot of teeth whitening products. some are offered in dental clinics, some can be done at home.
do you think it is effective having your teeth whiten? have you tried this? if yes, how long did it last until the next treatment? how much does it usually costs? if not, are you willing to undergo teeth whitening?

I have used crest whitening products and they worked great! I always get compliments on how white my teeth are.

better consult your dentist about it. as for me, continuous use of whitening toothpaste is enough to lighten my teeth a shade or two :D

Yes the stuff they give you at the dentist really works but it is pretty pricey since they have to make the molds of your teeth before handing you the gels to fill them with. The cost is $350-500 for the molds and the whitening gel and I think the gel lasts a couple of months. Once you get your teeth to the shade you want you stop using the gel and they stay like that for quite a while unless you drink a lot of coffee that could dark them back up.
The whitening stuff you buy over the counter is not as effective but I heard it still works somewhat. It is definetly much cheaper.

teeth whitening is expensive but others say that when it is not taken care of properly, it can make your teeth sensitive, so you must follow your dentist's advice and teeth whitening is not permanent, after some time, you need to re whiten it again.
