Are the Rossoneri serious enough to buy Ronnie?

I just can't believe it. Splashing hundred of millions euros to buy Ronaldinho. I understand his quality. But no one worth that much of money.
Milan should consider cheaper option, as they always did in previous season, for example, Kaka.
At the very lease, Milan should pursue Pato. Cheaper and who knows, might be a better buy than Ronnie. And Milan was said to be considering 'letting-go' off Kaka if this deal is done. I seriously cannot believe these people.
One thing I love about Milan is that they don't spend like women on shopping spree in the transfer market. Unlike their cousin Inter, of course.
