stress hampers relations...

Well i take it every weekend and at during festival months i never miss vacations, that my best stress relieving out of mechanical life.

Definately,stress do hamper relations,a child who lived a stressed life will be sffected psychologically in his relationship.Like in my case,i lived like an island,shyed away from friends and relations.I feel hated and always and hurting

There were times when my boyfriend and I almost broke up because of the misunderstandings between eachother about how we would handle stress. He would let people take advantage of him, whereas I'd face the situation ANY SITUATION, and my refusal to back down often made me look self centred until he realized that I had to stand up for myself, because if I didn't, no one else would!! Now we get along very well, and we agree, and handle stress together after listening to eachother's points of view, and deciding, and coming to a mutual agreement.
