What's the factor which gives Half-Life Counterstrike it's long replay value?

It's been quite a while since the Counterstrike have come out, and even until now, the game is still as addictive and kick-butt, you just can't seem to have enough.
What do you think gives Half-life Counterstrike it's replay value?
