When was the best day you ever had? Why?

Today might have been the best day ever...at least for me. I recently was able to leave my job, and actually work from home. I took the day off, and for the first time in a year I was able to stay home and be with my wife and daughter all day. I remember when I was back in college, always wondering what I was going to do next, where I was going to go. Today, I was happy to be home, and that was it. I spent the day with the family, and then went out on my deck and built a fire. It was definitely the best day I have ever had. What was yours, and why?

My best day was years ago when I was able to quit the full time job that I had then in order to do network marketing full time. This was in December of 1994. The mental hospital where I worked gave me a going away party.
Unfortunately I have had to work again as that company went out of business. I am working to rebuild the dreams I had then and I am slowly but surely succeeding in doing so.
