Why, what happened? If you think he's too much of a jerk for you to still be with him, then talk to him and if need be, break up! I'm sure you don't deserve all these complexities!

Is it about jealousy? You need to make a decision now if you want to live your life giving up things you love to do because your boyfriend can't handle it. You should find out what is troubling him. Talk with him and if he still can't trust you then it might be time to make changes.
