How does this site pay?

I see I have earnings but was wondering if you get a flat rate per post or what?Do you get more for starting a topic?Do you get paid by how many words you type?Just trying to figure this mylot thing out.

you are paid by the quality of your writing and your post. the better you reply to discussions, the better mylot will reward you. remember: quality gets quality
