Cannot post

Today, a friend of mine cannot at all post - responses or discussions/topics. There's always a note:
"unable to post content, please try again... thank you!"
Has anybody of you experienced this? There is no notification of suspension or whatever. What could be the reason?

Sorry for your friend. Let's hope that no serious problem is cooking heheehe. But sometimes that really happens. In fact, many are complaining not being able to open discussions, or very slow in posting, etc.
