Spiders. Yuk!

I just really can't stand these creatures. They are so....creepy. with all their hairy legs and many eyes. Most of the spiders can't really harm you but they still freak me out.
I don't know why I hate them so much, maybe because of some movies I've seen when i was a kid or this is just some kind of peculiarity.
Do you hate spiders? Or is there any other creatures that you hate?

I also dont like spiders but I dont really hate them.
I guess you were right. The movies greatly associated spiders with monstrous characteristics that's why we always think spiders are harmful in nature.
All spiders have poisons - that's true. However, not all spiders are attackers, in fact majority of spiders are afraid of us humans that's why they try to avoid us as much as possible.
I hate cockroaches more - I think they're a lot more disgusting!

spiders dont really bother me that much. cockroaches just gross me out.
but the bug that just plain freaks me out when i see one and just gives me shivers up the spine thinking about them is the...potato bug!
eew jeezu those things are gross. in fact the very first time i saw one i just screamed and ran! lol

also known as the Jerusalem cricket...dont know why they call them potato bugs, never have seen one anywhere near potato's.

Spiders nasty and tey look just ewwwwww. Spiders are not as disgusting as the Jerusalem Cricket and Roaches pewww. The Jerusalem Cricket just gives me shills doun my back ant the hair on the back of my neck stands up. My stomach even gets upset ewww. I remember I saw this creature and I just took off and told my mom that the ants were geting mutated. lol. Now Roaches those things are soooo nasty. They get in peoples food, clothes, beds you name it yuck!!!!!!!! Those things are NASTY. That is why it is very important to keep your home super clean and if you see a bug any tyoe of bug get on the telephone and call an exteerminator quick fast and in a hurry.

I have always hated spiders. I think I developed the fear from my Father. We have a number of very poisoous spiders in Australia. One of them is rebacks & they are common where I live.
They are black with a red line on their back. I hate them. I also especiallu hate huntsman spiders as they big, ugly & hairy... and they can jump. Althjough they are not poisonous.

I love little daddy long legs, but am not quite sure what I would do if I was confronted by a tarantula lol. I am not a great friend of cockroaches, especially when I chewed on a roasted one at a restaurant by the sea once. That wasn't very tasty but it was quite crunchy!

Hi Neglitex,
I hate spiders too. I saw a big black one in my room a few weeks ago. I hate to squash them also. I use a spider catcher which is terrific. I allow them to go into it and flush them down the toilet. There is a small one in my home at the moment he has now left my bedroom and gone into my living room. He is very small, so I am leaving him alone at the moment until I get fed up of seeing him. But yeh I agree.. I hate them.

Ok, so its bad luck to kill spiders? Well if that is the case then tell me why old people also say that if you see a brown spider (the ones with 7 skinny legs) it means that you will be getting a letter from a person that you truly love. God knows I have seen many of those creepy things and I never received a letter from any one I loved (boyfriend over seas when I was younger). SO now every time I see a spider any type of spider I just kill them. Specially the black widow. You know one of then things bit me and I almost kicked the bucket lol I was 18 years old. SPIDERS are creepy
