Philippines is known to be one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Few years ago, I heard from the news that we are losing billions of money. I feel sad about this. If only these billions we're used to open a decent jobs if not for all but for a quite number of Filipinos, many children will not be suffering from malnourishment this days, many have gone to school, many have shelter to protect people from weather, many useful project are made.

we cannot do anything about the government's corruption... my dad only receives half of his paycheck because of tax. but again, stop blaming the government. a lot of people are corrupt. we can't stop them from doing their evil ways. just leave them be. and do the best you can to whatever job you have right now. if you want to finish a certain project why not help them. They'd appreciate it a lot if the citizens would be more than willing to participate in their projects.
i know someday corrupt people will be punished.

In my own opinion we should just shut our mouths and wait until miracles goes down from heaven. As part of this country and the law that sorrounds it, I think it is right to voice out what we feel and actually what we see in the system. We actually not blaming or it depends on one's mental understanding how he see it. We need to criticize what we need to critize in order for them stop from bad doings. We are spending budget for their salaries. And their salaries comes from our hard works. It is really rewarding to spare something from our pockets when we know it worth it. And it not good to keep quite while you know something is which not so good is happening. For a problem to be solved, you need to open it up.

your right. then criticize and rally all you want. for me, i'd better play neopets and do friendster, tagged, myspace than do rallying. (di pa mainit)
i'd rather teach english and math to streetchildren than criticize the government for the lack of educational funds, i'd rather provide voluntary medical service than criticize the government for their lack of health services
the point is, there are so many people criticizing the government. they don't need another one. i think its high time for us to help them in their services. i just wish tides will change and people would start doing real service than just criticizing and criticizing the government..

Empty barrels don't have water. It failed its purpose to be a container- as a barrel. The bottomline of this discussion is not to encourage your rallying the government.(or mag-ini init). I am not in favor of that said thing as well. And I never told you that co'z I don't know you. This is just an expression how I feel on corrupted amounts. As you see, I never used rally and never used the word "against government". Now, it is good idea you have a common sense to do something for the people but I will appreciate more on people who can make a change on government's corruption because it can do a lot more. I don't say that you're idea have a little thing to do but I am saying that corrupted amounts could be a big help if not corrupted. I don't say we should keep on criticizing, I just said we need to critisize for their eyes to be open. You know, why I am making this discussion? Because election is approaching and we need a big change. And we are the only key to at least minimize people corrupting our money. We do not know but at least we have the idea who are them. And now it is our choice to make them on the position. And it is the thing I know can do a lot for our fellows.
