with twins, can you tell who is older than the other?

some say, the first to get out of the mother's womb is the older one, but i've read somewhere that it's the opposite. can anybody confirm this?

Well, I just had twins, and when I went for my first ultrasound, the dr. labeled them "A" & "B". "A" came out first; I asked her what the labels meant at one point, but I forget what she told me.
