Advice for quitting smoking?

LESSEN ONE DAILY....LIKE IF YOU SMOKE 10 PER DAY NEXT DAY TRY FOR 9 THEN 8 SURE YOU WILL BE OUT OF IT...ALL THE BEST TRY IT HARD

Smoking is very difficult to quit... but if you have the desire to quit, then you can do it with a little emotional help from your loved ones... believe me it helps a lot...

When you feel the urge........do something else....like feed some poor fellow.....and tell yourself- if i cant do that, i have no right to smoke.

My sister and brother in law both quit together without any gums, pills, or anything else...just cold turkey. I think that it was the support that they gave eachother that got them through it. Maybe if you have a good friend who smokes..you could try quitting together??

If you are a female, get pregnant. For sure you´ll think in other then you, so you´ll quit smoking. My wife stop smoking when she knows that were expecting a baby.

Hello there! Good to see another person trying to quit as well! Here's what I have started doing, smoke outside. I was up to almost 3 packs a day! YIKES! (I am a stay at home mom and spent way too much time on this thing) So now when I feel the need, I walk away from here and go outside. It's better for everyone in the house as well as myself. I have been doing this for about 2 months now and I have already cut down to about a pack a day now! YEAH ME! If I can do it you can do it too!

You have your own intention to quit. Don't take any advice from others. That habbit never listen to others. Only your confidence will achieve.

my friend just quit and she is so stubborn that she never smoked again... so one day just quit and make sure you have a lot of stubborn in you
