At what time do you get up in the morning?

I am very sleepy person. I don't like to get up very early, though I know that it is very good for health. I get up at 6.30 with great efforts, with alarm of course to wake me up, just to send my child to school at 7.00 am. Then again I go into my bed for half an hour and then wake up when my maid comes. What about you, are you lazy like me or a very quick to get up person?

i woke up around 10.45am today, but on a normal day i wake up around 5.45am. but bcos i am enjoying my holiday now, i wake up when i feel like.

During holidays, you can wake up early have breakfast then after an hour, get back to bed and stay there until noon. The beauty of the holidays, enjoy it.

On work days, I have to get up about 5 or 5:15 AM using the alarm. Sometimes I wake up on my own. On weekends, I sleep until at least 6. I can't sleep much beyond that - either I wake up myself or my kids come to get me. I've always been an early riser and I guess I passed that on to my children because they always get up by 6 or 6:15. Sometimes I wish they'd sleep in longer!

My God ! You are very early to rise fellow. The time which is too late for you is too early for meYou must be sleeping early, right? What is your sleeping time? We sleep at about 11 or 11.30 pm.

yes,friend,i always get up so later in the morning,at about 8:30.but i still feel tired in the day time.as i fall into sleep too late in the night.lol...

Though you and me are same in sleeping habits, I will tell you 'early to bed and early to rise makes vicky healthy wealthy and wise!' ha..ha..ha...!

I used to be awake before 4:30 am. It is only for more than two years now that it has dropped to erratic hours which can run up to 10:00 am. This is because I have become so sickly lately and my insomnia has gotten worse. I am in such good luck if I manage to be asleep by 5:00 am as I may be asleep by 3:00 pm yet until 5:00 pm only.

Insomnia is a terrific problem and after a particular age this problem starts. When I was young, I used to think that why people say that I can't sleep at night,and such things,but after 30-35 I also have this problem sometimes.Dear friend Yoga helps a lot to tackle this problem, if you get anyone to guide or any good book to follow ,please try it.

I would love to be lazy but I can only be that at weekends when I don't have to go out to work. I get up at different times each morning as I do a lot of travelling and if I have a long distance ahead of me then I will have to get up at about 5.30am. If I am working close to home, then I won't get up until about 8.30pm. I love the weekends when I can stay in bed until about 9.30am.

Most of my friends are like me who enjoy sleeping, its another thing that we all have to get up for some reason or another, but I wish all enjoy your weekends with a sleep as much as you can.

i always sleep through the morning and wake up sometime between 10am till noon. but im not hard to wake up. once i wake up at 6am, its hard for me to go back to sleep unless im really tired and didnt get much sleep.

I don't feel like doing anything till I complete my sleeping hours. I get my child ready with nearly half closed eyes, if I sleep late at night.Thanks for your response.

Even I m d same like u, I like 2 sleep a lot............... Moreover, d problem's dat I don't get any kind of sleep till 2-3 at nights, I get it in d morning actually which makes it really tough 4 me 2 wake up early in d morning................ But since i hv recently joined sum coaching classes which r in d morning, I now wake up around 7:00. Hope, 2 continue it as long as possible !!!!!

Good ! that will make you a smart boy, You are of the age when you can go too much for exrcises, gyms etc, time you can build your body. Don't be lazy like me.

I get up at 5.30 a.m. in the morning on working days because kids go to school, me and my wife go to our offices. But on weekend, we get up at 7.00 a.m. and if we get a chance we again go to sleep and would get up at 8.00 a.m., because one feels that untill and unless you get up late... you do not realise ...OH! it is Holiday.

Ya! I too wait for the whole week and wait for sunday for that good sleep. Holiday for children means holiday for me. One of my children has holiday on saturday and sunday and the other has it only on sunday. Tomorrow she has to go to picnic early in the morning, I requested her not to go to picnic,so that I will get 2 days holiday, but she is very persistant at going. So looking for her enjoyment at sea world, I will have to wake up early tomorrow also.

I get up between 5am and 7am every morning depending on my husbands work schedule. I am a morning person so once I'm up and about its okay. I cant go back to bed I would just lay there thinking about all the chores I needed to get done. I'd rather do the chores and maybe sneak in alittle afternoon nap.

I also used to take rest in the afternoon earlier, but from the time I am on mylot, I have almost stopped sleeping in the afternoon. I spend my free time on mylot.

Well I get up at 6 or 6.30 AM regularly. If I go to bed later than normal i.e. 11 pm, then I feel difficult to get up early. Sometimes if I lose sleep for 2-3 days, then i combine them on my holiday and sleep all the pending hours on my holiday.

Ya! you should complete your sleep in any way or else waking up early than normal causes laziness and diziness the whole day.
