What a crazy morning? How is your day so far?

I have had a very crazy morning here in South Florida. I woke up to a cold shower, as our water heat seems to have checked out of the working world. While I was in the cold shower, I hear someone knocking on the door really hard. I run out in my towel, take a look out the window, and see a very official SWAT-looking cop out there. I shout out "One second!", and I run in and put my clothes on, while my heart is pounding. When I finally get to open the door, the cop and his 7-12 followers have moved on to next door. One of them, pulls his hand up to let me know to stay were I am, while he says "We've found the right place!" Our neighbor's grandchildren, who she takes care of at times, have a reputation of trouble, so I figure that might have something to do with about 10 armed cops, in security wests pounding on my door early in the morning. As if this wasn't enough, the morning newscasts are warning all old -, young -, and people with respiratory problems to stay indoors, because we have ashes dropping down from the sky, because of wildfires in the Everglades. Both my sons and I have asthma and we had to take extra medication this morning, because it affects our breathing. At times the ashes have actually been looking like snow, and yesterday you could really smell the fire, and feel the ashes in the air. How has your day been so far? I sure do not hope you were greeted by the SWAT team!
