My nephew will not eat any kinds of meats, especially ground beef and chicken. The nutritionist said it's not a problem, but are there any alternatives you can offer?

Don't worry my 5 year old hates meat and won't eat anything on her plate if you put it on her plate. As long as you keep them eating peanutbutter or maybe beans and things like that they will be alright.

My son will eat chicken if it's really soft and beef it's in spaghetti sauce. That's it. He eats a lot of yogurt and cheese and occasionally eats soy.

My son eats meat from 6 months.I give hime all meat except pork.He likes it.But I will give meat from only trusted places only. You can give other foods like pulses, banana and eggs which is sufficient for providing all nutritions.Aso milk is known as a complete food.

my daughter doesn't like much meat as well. she will only eat chicken. some alternative that i know of for protein would be nuts, especially peanut butter. try that. also eating a lot of cheeses helps in that area as well.
