Teacher is a friend, philosopher and guide. So disciplining the students is necessary to teach the student discipline. But to maintain discipline we should not do excess punishment which harms students discipline or they may be mentally hurt. Discipline is necessary but over disciplining is harmful. One teacher must be loving, popular and also strict to his principles that's essential.

i'm a teacher by profession. a teacher follows ethics and principles of teaching. in no way a teacher can or either should go beyond what he oathed for. learning always start from home. teachers should leave the disciplining to the parents a teacher's best way to discipline a child is to understand and communicate the proper way.

They do the best that they can. There's only so much they can do.
