yeh ..but it is not as soft as nan..isnt it? NAN is very very soft, lot more than roti, but i think kulcha is more like a paratha, isnt it?

I do like punjabi food, but mostly likely i prefer light indian maharashtra thali. Maharashtra thali is very rich in nutrition also it contains all types of pulses ( if ordered ) alone with a sweet dish. SO naturally i prefer it above any thing else. Gujrati food is high in spices so if i want to have something spicy i prefer gujrati food. Its also quite oily, hence i take it very very rarely.

Umm We have Sarvana Bhawan here in Delhi in C.P. ( Connaught Place) .. and they used to serve South Indian Dishes .. Umm .. I just love cute and small mini idlies set of 5 which they serve -- they are really really so small idlies with sambhar and chutneys .. They used to serve it in plate with banana leaf which makes it look quite ethnic and it's truely delicious .. If Sarvana Bhawan will move anywhere else than I won't be eating much in restaurants .. they have many branches in Chennai .. and I guess in United States, United Kingdom too .. I read all this in the pamphlet of Sarvana .. there is a huge rush of people outside Sarvana Bhawan .. who keeps on waiting for their turn to get inside and eat delicious South Indian Food :)
