A guy asking for your number..

How would you react? Will you give it to him? If I'm not committed with someone and I know for a fact that he is a good man, I probably would. =) But if his just someone whom I bumped into and we don't have any common friends that would vouch his overall character, I definitely won't.

Well it depends. If the guy is sober and seems like a good guy I may give him my number. I would not get it to a complete stranger who has been drinking.

if you feel you dont like to know that stranger... then why give your number... but if you think he's nice... then give your number... Dont give your address... Anyaway here in the Philippines... you can change your sim anytime you wish...

That all depends on the conditions n the person. If he is a good man, ofcourse i'll give him even if we don't have friends in common. But i'll not give to a strange man who comes up n asks for it.

I agree with you..i would not also tend to give my number unless i know the person or some of my friends know him But if you have just met him somewhere else or just be able to know him on a chat then i would not give it. Why would I? Neglecting that is just for your own safety only.
