do u mark up the best response in discussion?

When I first started in mylot I didn't always mark best response. Now I do but I like to wait a day or two after I start a discussion before I mark which I feel is the best response. I do always rate each person that does respond to my discussions and the ones I respond to a positive as long as their comments were about the discussion.

i am also new here. and i just try to learn more things in mylot and to give my best respond.

I usually wait for the last discussion to be more than a week old before I choose the best response. I always make it a point to select one so I would clear my unresolved discussions list. Speaking of which, I have at least 5 discussions without any response yet. Please check it out, it might interest you. I'll mark you best response, provided your answer's sensible enough. Cheers!

Absolutely. If you think the response given is really good, no harm to mark them up. I don't know the effect of marking a good response (better earnings? higher reputation?), but at least by doing it you show appreciation on the responses given back to you from your discussion.
