Why do we all fear the Aging process?

I feel that we all fear old age, as we will not be able to enjoy life anymore. Old age ends in Death. This final realization of our own mortality is a major cause for concern and depression over the ages. We must all realize that our Souls do not age.Aging is a natural process and we must accept it as we do our Creation from our birth onwards to maturity.

I think it is natural, because many people wants to live forever, especially if they have a good life... (of course...:-). That's why people afraid of getting old, they affraid not being able to go to many places like when they were young, eat any foods, do any sports... etc...

Yes, all of us share the same fate and that is to age and eventually die. It's just natural so instead of fearing it, let's embrace it and enjoy life for as long as we can.
