loosing weight

i've tried a lot of diets and medicines but even they work for most of the people i know they have no efect for me or maybe just small one.
my parents and grandparents thy all have extrakilos, and i've never been thin ever.
but i want to look good, i'm a woman afterall.
can anyone help me?

The main thing that will help you lose wieght is exercise and eating right. Eat about 4 or 5 small meals a day and do not eat until your stuffed. As soon as you start to feel full quit eating. A regular exercise routine will also be great help. Walk at least 30 mintues a day if you can. That's all I can think of right now.
