Will you give up your dream job if you're boss is making you miserable?

I don't think I can consider it a dream job if the workplace environment is like hell. I would just get enough experience, and move on to another company where I can still have my dream job minus the Devil-Wears-Prada wannabe.

Yes i would leave because when we have a permanent job, it means that we are ready to spend the rest of our lives working there. You would be enduring it for a long time..at least 30 years and i am not the type of person who's gonna let other people walk on me. Therefore, you could still be doing your dream job but why not moving to another place? I am sure there is another company you can work for with the same type of job.
