Do anyone out there read books, novels, or magazines for fun? Or do you only read things when you're looking for information?
The only thing I read nowadays are tutorial books and magazines as well as internet tutorial and informative sites. I just don't like reading in general and I just hate reading for fun because its just no fun.

Reading is a hobby I picked up as a child, and yes, I read for fun. I read for relaxation, for enjoying, for celebrating, for knowledge, for everything! I completely love reading books, and I love reading novels, esp mystery and romance, and magazines.

I somehow cant live without reading, whether Im on the bus, at the park or in the loo, I always need a magazine or book with me. And the subject varies, I read anything from bographies to comics to sci-fi novels.

I tend to read for a variety of things and have a wide range of interests so, before the internet, you could find me at the library quite often. My taste in books depends largely on my mood, but I've always been able to find something to keep the boredom away, lol.
I've found several interesting thinks in magazine too, check out my profile pics to see the cake I made for my nieces birthday (from the end of December). Magazines are easier to flip thru but can be filled with anything you could think of, from recipes, to auto maintenance tips, to seasonal tips for allergy sufferers to things that hunters should watch for.
Books are as various as the people that read them. Find some of the ones you like & you'll start enjoying them more. :)

I absolutely love to read, but lately all I've been able to read have been textbooks and professional journal articles (I'm a graduate student). That sort of takes the joy out of it for me and I find that even when I do have some free time to read whatever I want, I just don't have the desire to do it.
