Would anyone have heard Don Imus' remarks if Jackson and Sharpton hadn't let the nation know about it? It seems to me that these 2 men did more damage to these girls than Imus. He has such a small listening base that this would have been a non-story and these girls probably never would have known about it. Instead, Jackson and Sharpton made such a big deal that they are the ones who really hurt these girls and made them a front-page news story. Shame on them more than Imus. Everyone who listened to him knew he made inappropriate remarks, but Jackson and Sharpton should never have made any comments and it would have gone away. They were the ones who compounded the wrong. Just to make themselves look righteous. Shame on them!!!
