Sizzling Rice Soup

Does anyone know how to make the rice for sizzling rice soup? I first tasted this soup in a Chinese restaurant that is now no longer in business because the owner became ill. I haven't been able to find any good sizzling rice soup since. Does anyone out there know the recipe for the rice?

im sorry, i wont be of any help because i dont know how. in fact, i've never heard of sizzling rice soup. but i like to try it though, if i ever encounter on the menus of restaurants.
