Do you ate brazilian food?

There are a couple of restaurants in Kansas City that serve Brazilian food that I have tried. They are both called "churrascarias" and they serve fire grilled meat that has been roasted on long metal skewers that look like swords. Then the waiters take the "swords" with meat on them around the restaurant and cut off pieces for you. It is so good, I highly recommend going to a churrascaria if you can find one. They also usually have an amazing salad bar that has many unique Brazilian dishes.

I haven't tried brazilian food yet. How different is it from other types of food?
