Mango - Is mango good for health or not?

My son like mango very much. However, my mother is telling it is not good for health in summer season. What I have to do?

Its not that mangoes on a whole are bad. Yes, they are bad if taken in excessively. But, you know everything in excess is bad. No matter what it is. So, you shoudl allow him to have mangoes, but remember in a limit. Dont let him eat away as many as he likes. Create a limit for a day.
