i used to go to the gym for 2 hours from monday to friday. but now that it's summer time here and my kids are into different summer classes, i have to stop temporarily to play driver to all three of them. but, i'm not complaining! i love watching them doing the things they love doing.

I want to do exerxises everyday, because if dont, I will gain weight no matter how much I eat.
but, when I keep doing excercises for some time, there would be something to interrupt, for instance, at the biginning of this year, I was doing well, but about the time around spring festival, I went out for travelling with my family, and whie travelling, I dont have time to do excercises.so, after that, I havent been doing exercises regually, this turns out I have gained five kilos weight.

I play badminton twice a week and it s a form of exercise for me. Its really good and great to play badminton it gives me a great feeling evry after play and Im looking forward to play again and again.

I like playing basketball and running everyday. So before palying basketball,i should run. That's to say,do some warming-up. Your exercise is so less.

I try to walk a mile a day. Otherwise I don't exercise at all. It is difficult for me to do any sort of exercise as I have arthritis,and a herniated disk, however walking is perfect and I lose weight with it. I would like to have a swimming pool as swimming also is a good form of exercise.

i use to do pushups every other day and situps every other day so i am alternating. i usually do 3sets of 40pushups and about 100situps or 3sets of 50situps. in addition, i usually run a mile on friday. i also play tennis for my high school so i get a lot of exercise there. sometimes we condition and run 2miles in addition to practicing tennis. i also am in PE. so in total, i get maybe 3hours of exercise every day. i like to stay healthy, but i feel so lazy to exercise _

hello alicebun, i would say i am very fitness concern.so i tend to keep my body fit.but in my busy schedule i don't find much time for excercises apart from sundays.so i make it a point that by any means my body works out if not exactly excercise.for this i walk a lot.i don't sit at a place continuously.i always take few break for 10 mins during the period.and another thing is i prefer cycling rather going in car or bike.its a good form of excercise also as it tones up my figure.and i do all these daily.and on sundays i go for aerobics.it relaxes me from the whole week's tiredness and makes me fresh to start again.
i would say not only excercise but a good diet also helps keep us healthy and i see that i don't take too much of calories in my diet rather i prefer vegetables and fibre content in them.

I don't really exercise ever. i should. I do walk everyday and I clean my house everyday and I have been working on my yard a lot, so I guess that would all be exercise.

as i am an engineering student so I rarely get a chance for exercise, but whenever I get a chance i never let it go away. but i think i am a sports person too so i used to get my exercise from my sports. i am also aware of YOGA so it depends upon availability of time.
