Hi Sue.I am now logged into my e-gold account and had absolutely no problems.I think it might be a maintenance e-gold were doing on their site while you tried to login.If you try now,I am sure you will be able to login.

It happens to the best of us.If you email them requesting for the password,they will either email it or call you back on their dime to give you the password.

Don't worry Sue. It's because egold was in maintenance mode. I am sure you can access your egold account now. Right now, I logged in my egold account.

my first experience with my e-gold also can't open with my passpard. ill try until they close everything, still don't open.
be carefull with email "do not reply from e-gold" may do something with your account of e-gold you have.if they say don't reply, then don't.
it may close your account permanently.
i still curious with my first account. and ill be carefull with my second egold account.
