Soymilk is the best alternative milk for those who are allergic to dairy products. It naturally has about the same amount of protein as cow milk. So if you're working out I suggest take soymilk as your source of protein coz it has less saturated fats. It can even lessen the risk of diabetes and cancer.

Yes it's true, soymilk is a good alternative for milk products. However, the economic factors for this product as an alternative to animal milk products should be weighed. In countries where soybeans are widely planted this is the best alternative, but in countries that this plant is not widely cultivated then other materials should be considered.

I drink soya drinks as an alternative to cow's milk. I like the plain variety but I like the flavours even more. Strawberry is the best but banana is also rather nice. You are right about it having less fat and the fact that it can lesson the risk of many health problems. Many people are lactose intolerant and would be far better with soya drinks than cow's milk.
I eat soya deserts or puddings. I like the vanila the most of all. I also eat dairy free custard either hot or cold. It tastes delicious.
I have a vegan diet. I am keen on travelling. I was amazed to find an imported Australian soya drink when I was in Romania. But in some places around the world soya drinks can be hard to find. Soya drink cartons would be heavy to carry.
