but give u tons of work but afraid to ask for a salary increase becoz ur afraid to loose ur job.
i love my job.i love my workplace.i love the people here. i also don't want to ask help from labor dept becoz i know it takes a lot of time and effort....and guts tooo....

You can always talk to your employer without directly asking for a salary increase. You can just talk to him or her and ask if there are other openings possible that would elevate you and would be appropriate with all your responsibilities and additional work. Now if the employer would offer an increase, then that's good, right?
