During a bout of insomnia last week, I channel-surfed and found Claude Rains, Bette Davis and Paul Henried in that classic romance, Now Voyageur. I had seen the film many times and was struck by how durable some stories are. The old maid duckling turns beauty, finds love on a cruise and escape from her tormentor, her domineering mother.
