you can't use paypal in any shops. Only in online shops, like ebay and a lot others. But you can transfer your paypal money to your credit card and, I think to your bank account.

You could try ebay. Paypal belongs to ebay and there are no other sites which you can use paypal for payment at least in india. You can try the international sites of ebay to buy anything as most of them offer international deliveries these days.

As you know indian shops are not in the condition to try online paypal acceptance I am also from india You can use the balance in purchasing something which accepts paypal Or you can cash out thwe balance

you can shop online using paypal on ebay.you can use paypal from india for international shopping site such as amazon.
