hello to all now a days i am a network administrator in Window based system now i want to learn it in linux.any idea how or where i can easly learn about linux...!!!!!!! do u know any website which can suggest a about linux

I don't really have any advice but I thought that linux was supposed to be pretty similar to other operating systems?
