i'm crying, h then sleeping. That's the best for me when i get really angry. But when that thing happen in a place that i can't do my cry n sleep method, i used to shut up and pretend nothing happen, or maybe i just go away from that place without a word. it depends of the situation. i guess i can control my anger....:)

Been there, agentneo. I have a worse temper than any ten people on Earth, and I can tell you that the only person who can possibly understand it, let alone control it, is you. Really, other people don't get it.
Stage One is remember that. They haven't got a clue. Even people you're not mad at, will think you're pointing it at them.
Stage Two is look before you do something you might regret. This is vital, because there's no return in some cases if you really let go.
Stage Three isn't "calm down". It's "look out". Because people with really strong tempers tend to naturally lose their tempers, getting angry is really the easy way. It also means they're probably not doing much thinking about the situation, and might have got things very wrong. (Took me years to figure that out; save yourself some time.)So look out for what you mightn't have noticed, or anything or anyone, where you might not have been paying attention.
Stage Four is what you really think. If you can do it without blowing a fuse, now, calm down, because you know what you're dealing with, and what you want to do.
****In all cases, make sure you know what you're doing, and where you're going with it, however angry you are. You don't get to do a rehearsal.
I've still got a lousy temper, really ugly, but now I'm running it, not it running me. It's useful when it's needed, that's what I learned. I can also tell you that there's a very stupid guy now walking around in one piece who wouldn't have been, if I hadn't learned that. Would have been far more trouble than he was ever worth. Believe me, controlling my temper was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but it was the right thing to do.

i usually keep quiet and just stay away from people. there are times when i wanted to shout but i can't so i'd just cry my heart out.
i'm more of sensitive than short-tempered. i can easily get pissed off especially if i hear words that i don't like to hear.
