Ladies: What is the one classic sign that you're suffering from PMS?

And fellows? What do you do when your ladies PMS-ing? Run for cover or ply them with chocolates?

Normally they will have mood swings, and they need understandin at that time. So guys have to be understanding and patient with their wives. Because they are going through a bad time help them.

Normal PMS signs are irritablility, no paitence with others and mood swings. Everyone should just out of their way. Chocolate will help!

PMS stands for Pack my Suitcase...lol I am a woman and have the monthly curse and I do wake up crabby but.... I do not take it out on anyone else because I don't feel I should nor do I like to be around women that do. There is no excuse for anyone to turn into a bitc% at that time at all. I think a lot of people use it to take out built up frustrations and well I don't and don't want to be around other women that do.
