Yes! You are right after a nights rest the body which becomes bit lethargic and stiff because of accumulation of lactic acid i the muscles will definitell feel better after having an early morning exercise!
It also keeps ones frame of mind in a positive direction! We feel happy and develop a feel good element after having a early morning exercise!
In India it is generally stresses by the elderes for the youngsters to have aerly morning exercise as as they say that this keeps them fit for the day! Its aboslutely true!
Early in the morning in the twilight, with fesh air all around, midest of the natural birds chirpings and other pleasant sounds to take exercise is an experience in itself to describe!
Depending upo the agethe early morning exercises can be catogorised from severe, tough exercises like, push ups, activities undertaken in the Gym etc, running to the light exercises like jogging to morning walking!
After having a few kilometrs of morning walk one tend to feel very relaxed and one is ready and set himself raedy for the day! The laziness, lethargy and passiveness immidiately after getting up disappears like a magic immidiately after the morning exercise and one feels entirely new individual after having his morning exercise!
Yes One should mandatorily undertake regula morning exercise to keep oneself fit and to stay away from the diseases which have increased in number because of todays stressful and competitive life!
Good topic of discussion! I liked it! Wish you all the best!

My form of exercise is walking. I set myself a target to walk 10,000 steps a day as recommended by some studies. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house or stop at one bus stop ahead of my house to make the numbers.
At time while at work, and I am taking tea break, I will take a 10 minutes walk around the office to relax and stretch myself

I agree with you. It is easy to do tasks when you start your day with exercise. It seems like a warm-up for a whole day of working. I used to start my day with tae-bo and kick boxing exercise routine and I seem to b e energized and will last the whole day longer unlike when I stopped, I get sleepy and tired early even if I didn't do anything really tiring on that day. Exercise helps a lot.
