i have to drink coke everyday or ill die how about u?

i love coke too, but then i just realized and stopped drinking sodas, i lost about 20 pounds by just avoiding sodas. now that i feel like drinking, i will just drink coke light but not daily.

U better cut down.... they have high contain of sugar. I also love coke very much................looooooooooooooooove the taste.... But since that is not good for the health so i am working on it.. to cut down the amount.. i mean now i tried to reduce the intake. .restricted to not more than one medium bottle per week... (sigh..)

but coke is really bad for your health..the acid it contains and toxins will really damage your tissues sooner than you'll think. One user here in mylot even said that it needs like i think 5 glasses to wash away 1 glass of coke? did i say it right? 5 glasses?

my mom use coke like water. not sure if she has diabetes now. she is aged 53 and i think its harmful for her but just like you shel die if she will not drink coke in a day!
