Can we use mylot.com to get E-mail?

To get e-mail here do we use our username and mylot.com for instance lilyruth@mylot.com or what?

With in mylot members we can receive e-mails and not from outside I hope. To be confirmed by other members as well

I finally found out you cannot use it that way everyone has their own referral link at bottom of page you just have to look for it I finally found mine. Thanks for your response.
