I don't use pre-paid cellular because it gets way too expensive. I used to use a company that didn't require a credit card though and just had a flat monthly rate for unlimited minutes.

Tracfone I think in America ends up after all things said and done to be the most inexpensive and easiest

I like it because you dont have to sign a long term contract or incur a penalty for dropping the service if you don't like it.

Alltel U prepaid. I have that and its the best. You get a lot of unlimted things
