MPH is very important though not a famous one where people will flock to,like Radiology, where there's money without much work.The main bulk of diseases in any community can be tackled by a good public health system. A simple example, Cholera outbreak in London was tackled not by powerful antibiotics,intravenous injections or multispeciality hospitals, but by identifying a water pump which was supplying dirty water.
