You're supposed to drink quite a bit. I typically aim for about 4 quarts a day. It's not just for hydration. Water helps your body process foods and pass wastes that it can't do as efficiently without large quantities.
Advice: In the future, try to be a bit more proper with grammar and spelling. Spell out 'four' and 'be' as opposed to substituting a 4 or b. Also try to avoid run-on sentences. You're likely to get more replies when people don't have to decipher your questions.

The recommended amount is 64 ounces (8-8ounce servings) or 2.2 L. Water is really important in maintaining good physical and mental health. Studies have show that the majority of Americans are chronically dehydrated (because soda and other sugary drinks actually pull water OUT of your system to digest). Focus, stress levels, attention, and math skills all suffer if you don't get enough water, not to mention digestion, metabolism, etc.
