How many hours do you spent in MyLot?

I spent almost 6 hours a day in MyLot, because I love the discussions and it doesn't matter if I will missed some of my favorite shows on tv or go out with my friends. Sometimes I've even missed my lunch. I really enjoy MyLot. How about you, how many hours in a day can you spend in MyLot? Share your experience.

I only spend one hour a day on MyLot now. I am tired of working hard, and having my points vanish down all the time. Too many rules, and not as much fun as it used to be.

Usually, after arriving at work, I make sure that before doing anything I check first my mylot account. If no one has respond to the threads I have started previously, I browse my friends new topics. Then , I do my work. But from time to time, I find time to answer interesting topics. All in all, I spend 8hours or more in Mylot. =)
