What would you prefer, an office job or a job that requires a lot of travelling?

If you were given a chance to choose the job you like, would you want one that allows you to stay in the office or one that requires a lot of field work? Please share your opinion on your preference plus the benefits that you get from it. This will help some fresh graduates.

Since i prefer to stay indoors, i would like an office job. Travelling is fun somtimes but i still would prefer a job that will require my organizational skills. So it will be an office job.

I have done both. Before I always said that I wanted a field job, but having experienced it already, I don't think I would want that again. Sure being able to travel to different places is nice, but that also involves a lot of work on my part - physically, mentally and emotionally. That kind of work is always draining wherever you look at it.

Yup! That's right! I was in the sales industry before. Even though the pay was really good (I was able to buy my computer and my phone with just one month's commission) I decided to leave it. High salary is never good if you have to pay huge bills just to keep your health intact.

I prefer a job that pay's me lot's of money and that I could do from home. lol, and mylot is not paying much so I have to keep looking

I would love to have a work where you have to travel a lot. It is my dream to travel round the world. Of course it would be better to do it on my own, because I'd have more time to know each place, but as long as I get by and fulfill my dreams... It's all good

I would prefer to work in an office job so that I can really sit on a chair comfortably with the air conditioning. I do not need to care what happen outside,no matter it is sunny or rainy days, but if you are working outside,you may be affected much by the weather,you may get alot of trouble in a rainy seasons, it is much harder and have higher physical requirement than office job.

i prefer a job that requires a lot of travelling,i'm an adventurous type of person, i dont like to stay in one place since i'm still single. just want to take the opportunity to travel because when i got married i will never experience to travel anymore since i need to take care first of my family, that is my future children and future husband (hmmm, who will that be)
