Cloth is the best as you can either use a diaper service or wash them yourself in very hot water to be sure to get all germs and chemicals out of them, you will also save yourself between 3 to $5000.00 in the basic 2 years they are in diapers, and are much more reseptive to training. I have been a babysitter for over 40 years and refuse to resort to disposibles and very seldum had any child in diapers(except at night)over 21/2 years of age.unless there were a medical reason. I hope this helps. Blessed Be.

I agree with you. I hope I can find a good nanny like you to look over my kid while I am at work. The kids must love you so much. Keep it up =)

I agree with mac1946, my baby has sensitive skin also and cloth diapers helped me a lot, when she was aroung 6 months , I tried using pampers all nite for her and I am glad it works for her. ....

My son has really sensitive skin too. We use cloth diapers. Our favorites are fuzzi bunz, it's a real easy diaper to start out with. Here's there website http://www.fuzzibunz.com/ I have enough diapers to last through two days, so I'm not washing them all the time like many people think. www.diaperpin.com and www.diaperjungle.com are website directories for cloth diaper stores online. Here's a link about health and the environment related to diapers http://www.realdiaperassociation.org/ it's very interesting. Good luck!

My oldest had sensitive skin as a baby and i use to use pampers rash guard, but they don't make those anymore. But have you tried cloth, they say those r best for babies with sensitive skin.

My children have sensitive skin as well and I have always found the Pampers brand to be the best for me . It doesn't cause my little one's to break out , has a nice smell to it and has worked the best to protect against leaks . Huggies and Pampers seem to be the two most common brands where I live and either one is a Huggies fan or a Pampers fan . Although I find Huggies does not cause my children to break out , I find it does not work in the way to protect leakage when you lay them down for the night . I know many that do love Huggies but I much prefer Pampers as it has always worked the best for me . You should try different brands to see which works best for you . Best of luck !!

I used to use Huggies but when my daughter got to a certain weight, they were too big for her so i had to change - i don't know if we have the same brands as you do but i use BabyLove & they have proven to be GREAT for her. I also use V.I.P every so often if i cant get hold of the other ones (i live rurally so they don't always have a lot of stock in). Cloth nappies work a treat but i wouldn't recommend them for over night as they get too full & will soak everything! They're ok for at home though, during the day. I use a cream every nappy change called Desitin & it keeps her nappy rash free!

My and the mother of my son always used pampers brand diapers. My son also had sensitive skin too, so i guess i would recommend them. now days my son is 2 1/2 and she uses huggies pull ups cause i think she finds them easier.

I personally think that cloth and disposable diapers are just as good, and for my son's sensitive skin I have had success with Huggies ultratrim and Kuddles diapers (the Winn-Dixie Brand). I stay a way from LUVs and Pampers though, as these two brands seem to irritate my sons skin. Otherwise, stay away from all products with perfume. I can also strongly recommend using the A & D lotion. I got this tip from my oldst son's god grandmother, and I have used in on both my boys. We have had vey few problems with diaper rashes (maybe twice with each baby). Good luck!
