Actually, paypal has a help phone number and you should get a real live person on the other end. I have used them in the past and they were very helpful. You can also email them, but it may take a day or two to get an answer.

I agree with Ironstruck, you should call their help line. The money whe transferred to your bank account usually takes a couple of days to show up, so if you just transferred money from PayPal to your bank today, no doubt it won't be there until Monday or Tuesday of next week. It's not instantaneous.

I get to know that you are from India and for that reason paypal was not allow you to add your local bank debit card to make withdrawals. In order to make a withdrawal from your own country you need to firstly open an US bank account and you an then add that US acount to paypal and transfer your money to US bank account.I do have a ebook that provide the solutions to solvel this problems. Well Straight to the Point If u are not from the USA ur debit card will not work. So for that reason you will need a Credit card. If u still need Help Just PM me coz i know everything about paypal.
