Spiderman 3 good or bad? What are your thoughts?

I plan to see Spiderman 3 and I expect it to be a great movie! What do you think?

all movies that came to the comics or superheroes have a medium quality, and the sequels always have a poor quality, so i don´t expect anything expectacular
