I've rarely been around Mylot at this time in the evening but it seems asthough there are very few people here, judging by the number of discussions, but the posts and input all seem to be very good. Could it be that the number of crappy posts that fly around here come from people in non-english speaking countries ( not theit faulty...I couldn't imaginer posting in a language foreign to me) and they are all in bed right now? I know this sounds like a bitter, hateful post but you can't argue the quality of the disucssion that are being posted at the moment (mine excluded) compared to any other time that you visit here

I always come on late at night, its nearly 2:00am where I am and I do think the discussions seem to be better. Glad to see you have joined the nightowl lot.
I hope you and Jimbo are not in cahoots now, as us English mylothians will feel under threat!!:)

Do not worry ItTakesAllSorts................us English will always stick together to defeat the marauding Scots - LOL!!! As for ther riginal discussion point - I agree that our nighttime here is a getter time for good discussions than some other times of day!

Yes I have noticed that for sure. I mess up typing sometimes, I try to check my spelling before I post it but sometimes I can't even understand what in the world people are trying to say in there discussions. Sometimes they just don't make sense at all.

I think there are definitely times where you see a slew of posts that are ....thin.
Since the blogs and the news has been added I bet there are alot of folks that aren't even looking at the discussions anymore, and are doing comments in the other, meatier areas.
I tend to gravitate to those first now.

Oh I come on mylot very early in the mornings, lunch time and just before dinner time as well I do not come on here much at night but I have done this before I must admit. There are always members posting here and with a lot of friends that I have I love to do their discussions and stay in touch with some of them through private message as well. Yes well it would be difficult but if we had all different countries languages and we could not respond to them could we, I do feel sorry for some of the non english speaking people though.

hello,indexlife,this post was three hours ago already,may be I was still sleeping at that time , at this moment, I have found alot of good discussions from my friends which keep me so busy in replying them. I think there may be some time when you cannnot find alot of members posting here, but you should be able to find some good discussions any time.

It gets a little goofy at times but most of the discussions are good.

Hiya, I am a person who prefers to use mylot at night although our timezone are very different, It is 1 am here and as I post this it was written 15 hrs ago making it early morning when this was posted where I am. I certainly have noticed though that on the rare occasion that i am on mylot early morning, i do tend to find alot more quality discussions.

If I come on after 2 am my time things are really different at myLot. The discussions seem to be a little better and there are a lot more responses to things that you post. If I come mid-day, well, it's bad. Everyone is in a different time zone and I think that really does play a huge part in what you see and what you end up missing at the site.

Well darn. I have often wondered if there was a meatier time for myLot. Sadly, I can't be on myLot late at night as I have to get so very early for work. As soon as school is out and I have the summer to myself look out!
