Do you look your age?

I borrowed some movies in the library for my kids and also some adult movies. When I checked them out, the librarian told me that I cannot borrow the adult movies because they were rated. I was a bit surprised because if they were not supposed to be borrowed, why were they in the shelf? Then the librarian said that she will just check my card and afterwhich she checked out the adult movies too. I smiled because I think she mistook me as a kid but I was actually not. I did not ask her why anymore because I don't want to embarrass her or something. I think I just look really young for my age. I am 30 but others say that I still look like a highschool student and they can't believe I have 3 kids. How about you? Do you look your age?

I've always looked younger. When I was 30, I could pass for 23, even 18 or 19, I was still being mistaken for 25-30 when I was in my early 40s. Now I'm 51, and I still look younger, although how much I'm not sure; it depends on the day, the light, and how I'm feeling...;oD

yes i get the exact same thing. people think my daughter is my sister. I get asked for ID all the time. teenaged boys hit on me..lol...It only upsets me in situations when I want to be taken serious and they think i am just a kid.

I certainy do. You know people don't have that kind of problems in there teen age. But I know two person who don't look there age. One is my father and the other one is my mother. Whenever somebody meets them for the first time they thik that my father is father of my mother. My father is 49 years old and look like late 50's while my mother is 45 years old and look like in her late 20's and that's where the problem creeps in.

Nope, i look older than my age. Everyone will say that i look 5 years older than my age. Maybe because i got a very serious face which makes me older. I have a sister which is 6 years older than me, and everytime we are together people will always ask who is older. And at times, they will comment like, "i thought you were the older one" then i will just smile, but deep inside me, i kinda hurt or embarassed..lol

nope. i don't look my age. mostly, people think i am a teenager but i am actually almost 29 years old already.
just yesterday, i filled out an entry form to some raffle at the mall. the man won't believe i am already 28 years old. he even thought i was lying. he told me to be serious on what i am writing on the form so if ever i won, my winnings won't be forfeited. laughing about it, i showed him some IDs proving that i am already 28 and turning 29 soon.
well, it's good to know that i look a lot younger than my real age. makes me smile a big one. hhehe.
happy myLotting!

Many people have always given me the correct age bracket and i think I look more or less my actual age! Am 44 and have started greying! I hate greys, hence it not uncommon to find me pulling afew off or just putting a little dye, to colour a bit! I say a little dye because I dont like the cheap kind of dye we have around-they dont leave the air natural so you can see am in a kind of dilema with aging!

Oh yes you must look very young for your age which is a blessing most of the time but we do have these other times where we would all like to look a lot older but in regards to when we are renting out movies, then these movies for adults are in a different section altogether and they always have our details on hand so that nobody has to keep asking us questions. Yes I am lucky for me and my husband do not look our ages.

LOL this made me giggle hun as I am often mistaken for someone a lot younger. I am 55 years old yet most people peg my age at around 35-40 years old. I love it and think it's great, especially when I have a son of 21 years old.

I have always looked younger than my age and I love it. I think its a great compliment and hope to always look younger than I really am. I also have a tendancy to look really young if I put my hair up in a pony tail. People have thought my son and I were a couple since he was 13, because he was tall and looked a bit older, I look younger, and ewww what a combo. He's 18 now so people really take us for a couple even though I think we look very similar and don't know why people don't see the resemblance.

Modesty aside, I have been told many times before that I look younger than my real age. That is because I am petite, and my smile makes me look young. When I became the maid of honor at a friend's wedding, one of the groomsmen thought we were of the same age. Truth is, he was five years younger than me. He got my number from my friend and he sent me text messages which I did not reply to. I told my friend to tell him that I am older than him by five years. The guy did not believe my friend. Haha!
